This hotel offers a tasty and perfect breakfast with a constant supply of hot food, sandwiches, a constant supply.

Pool areas & lounge enjoyable. Good value & food was mostly good. Reasonable drink prices. Helpful staff, especially evenings & front desk. Good location, comfortable with friendly & helpful staff. Room had sea view, welcomed our small dog. Breakfast had wide range. Parking initially tricky, but helpful staff guided us. Free cream tea & bottle of wine for anniversary. Leisure facilities faded but adequate. Better value & more enjoyable than recent Double Tree stay.

I had a really great experience here, everything was good, the location was magnificent near to the beach across the road as well as Torquay. The standard twin room was fancy and amazing with a balcony.

Understanding hotel staff especially the restaurant manager, everything was perfect.

The breakfast here is excellent, especially for cheese lovers, with outstanding food and a friendly and attentive staff providing exceptional service.

We enjoyed suite with walk in shower. Location: the hotel was just next door to Torquay, shops nearby and restaurants.

We stayed in a standard room complete with soft furnishings, a great view, as for instance. The private parking was close to the hotel, exceptional service. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Torquay, had much fun and met welcoming and exceptional staff in the evening dining room need training in customer service. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel. On the plus side, there was parking close to the property.

Fancy suite, good beds. Exceptional service, parking close to the hotel. Late check out. Good swimming pool and great and fab location right by trains from about 6am both mornings and the entirely relaxed and timeless nature. Holiday base for a family holiday.

Dreadful views.

Well-kept venue with prime location right by market, the second restaurant and the chambermaid knocking on the door at 9.10 in the morning and rich breakfast. Very clean beds in our suite. Super functional bathroom.

This hotel offers great value for money and affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms with a great view is impressive. The location right next to the train station and facing out to the sea is perfect for travelers. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service throughout the hotel.

All was satisfactory, no complaints.

This hotel surpassed our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued and ensuring our stay was memorable. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and several beautiful beaches. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom complete with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. We were also impressed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The breakfast served, especially for vegetarians, was delicious and satisfying.

The only minor issue was the older part of the hotel, where our room was located. The carpets in the corridor were a bit worn out and the furniture in the room seemed a bit mismatched.

I really enjoyed my 6-night stay at this place. The hotel was amazing, the staff were fantastic, and the location was convenient. I even got upgraded to a luxurious twin room. The service was outstanding in my opinion.
